"I received the same wonderful eye test that I always do at Eyesite, albeit by a different optician from my usual one who was off sick.

After my test I mentioned to the technician that my glasses were slipping slightly and leaving an angry mark on my nose and she not only adjusted them but changed the nose pads for new ones, at no charge.
